Senior Social First Content Creator

Base salary: $70,000–$85,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Ideate and produce high volumes of content across social, streaming, AR, music, film, and interactive platforms.
• Create content that builds strong consumer connections and drives attention metrics such as likes and comments.
• Analyze real-time responses to live social content and adapt creative output based on audience insights.
• Execute videography, photography, editing, design, and writing projects from start to finish.
• Collaborate with creative leadership and cross-functional teams on brainstorms, kickoffs, strategy, and rapid-turnaround requests.
• Mentor Creators, Creator Residents, Art Directors, and Copywriters on ideation and execution best practices.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional creative experience with a portfolio demonstrating content creation across multiple media platforms.
• Strong videography and photography skills using DSLR equipment.
• Experience with Final Cut and After Effects.
• Ability to create content across design, video, editing, and writing.
• Self-directed, accountable, responsible, and proactive working style.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across an organization and support strong cross-functional teamwork.
