Senior Social First Content Creator

Salary: $6,500–$85,000 USD base salary

What you will do

• Ideate and create high volumes of content across social, streaming, AR, music, film, interactive, and other media platforms.
• Execute content from concept through completion using video, photography, editing, design, and writing skills.
• Monitor real-time audience reactions and adapt content based on social performance insights.
• Collaborate with creative leadership, teammates, and cross-functional departments on rapid requests and tight timelines.
• Contribute ideas and design strategy during brainstorms, kickoffs, and team meetings.
• Mentor creators, creator residents, art directors, and copywriters on ideation and execution best practices.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional creative experience.
• Demonstrable passion for creating content across multiple media platforms.
• Videography and photography experience with DSLR cameras.
• Editing experience with Final Cut and After Effects.
• Strong end-to-end content creation skills across design, video, editing, and writing.
• Initiative, accountability, and effective cross-functional collaboration skills.
