Location: New York office or remotely within the USA

Salary: $137,000–$158,000 USD annually, including OTE

What you will do

• Develop unconventional, social-first creative that earns attention.
• Use generative AI to create videos, images, audio, and new content formats.
• Build recurring shows, characters, and series around the company, customers, employees, and industry.
• React quickly to news, culture, trends, and industry conversations with relevant creative.
• Capture executive and employee expertise and personalities in compelling content.
• Partner with brand, social, product, and growth teams to deliver larger creative initiatives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of content creation experience or an exceptional portfolio.
• Strong creative instincts and an understanding of what makes people stop, watch, and share.
• Ability to shoot, edit, and produce video independently using tools such as Premiere Pro, CapCut, Descript, or Riverside.
• Hands-on experimentation with generative AI across video, image, audio, and emerging formats.
• Understanding of how content works across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and X.
• Ability to turn interviews, events, podcasts, executive conversations, and early-stage ideas into engaging content.
