Growth Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Build and execute comprehensive growth strategies for the EU/UK-Africa remittance corridor.
• Develop trust-based partnerships with community associations and organizations.
• Source and coordinate community ambassadors, influencers, and champions.
• Manage end-to-end marketing campaigns, including offline and online advertising.
• Conduct regular customer research to identify pain points and improve product experience.
• Manage CRM tools and analyze operational efficiency to optimize growth metrics.

Requirements

• Based in London or EU
• 4–5 years of experience in high-growth environments, startups, or fintech.
• Deep knowledge of and existing networks within African diaspora communities (e.g., Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, Ethiopia).
• Strong background in business development, sales, or marketing.
• Proven ability to manage both organic and inorganic marketing activities.
• Fluency in English is required.

• Existing contacts with African influencers and celebrities in the UK or EU.
• Proficiency in African languages.
