Quantum Success Engineer

Location: Remote in the US, or onsite/hybrid from one of hirify.global’s US offices. Travel up to 10%.

Salary: $128,445–$183,450 USD base compensation, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Become a subject matter expert in hirify.global’s user-facing quantum computing software, production systems, and ecosystem integrations.
• Answer user questions, troubleshoot incidents, investigate issues, and coordinate resolution with software and system operations teams.
• Provide technical guidance on platform administration, software integration, workflow orchestration, and related implementation topics.
• Lead customer onboarding sessions and create documentation, training materials, feature demonstrations, and other enablement content.
• Collect customer feedback and feature requests, identify technical blockers, and advocate for improvements to hirify.global products.
• Support internal tools and metrics for monitoring customer usage and participate in customer engagements, conferences, and industry events.

Requirements

• MS in Physics, Computer Science, or a related technical field with a computational focus, or graduate-level training or equivalent hands-on experience in a computational or quantitative field.
• 5+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles or equivalent, with a record of performance and goal achievement.
• Experience in user support, developer relations, solutions engineering, or another technical user-enablement role.
• Hands-on experience with Python and Jupyter Notebook, Google Colab, or similar platforms.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to business stakeholders and technical experts across different domains.
• For this US technical role, employment is subject to US export-control and government-contract requirements, including verification of US Person status or applicable authorization.

Nice to have

• PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or a related computational technical field.
• Experience with quantum computing frameworks and SDKs such as Qiskit, Cirq, PennyLane, or CUDA-Q.
• Familiarity with quantum information science, applications, and algorithms.
• Experience with SaaS platforms, REST APIs, HPC systems, SQL, data science, or data analytics.
• Experience creating customer-facing technical content and presentations.
