AI Automation Developer

Location: Bucharest, Romania; hybrid work with 6 days per month onsite at the Bucharest office

What you will do

• Build, optimize, and maintain scalable automation workflows using Python, C# .NET, TypeScript, Claude Code, and modern AI development tools.
• Develop autonomous AI agents and skills integrating large language models through the SS&C AI Gateway with WHQ Agents and Digital Workers.
• Design resilient desktop and web automation frameworks using FlaUI and Playwright.
• Architect high-throughput Blue Prism Work HQ work queues for transactional processing, case locking, prioritization, and exception handling.
• Lead end-to-end intelligent automation solutions using Blue Prism Chorus, generative AI orchestration, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
• Develop prompt structures, system instructions, data extraction workflows, and governance controls for predictable and secure AI outputs.

Requirements

• Expert Python, robust C# .NET, and strong TypeScript development experience.
• Advanced PostgreSQL and deep MS SQL Server expertise, including complex queries, indexing, and stored procedures.
• Hands-on experience with Claude Code, Anthropic APIs, open-source AI frameworks, and cloud AI platforms such as AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, or Google Vertex AI.
• Advanced Playwright and FlaUI experience, plus strong Blue Prism Enterprise v7.x knowledge, including Control Room, deployment, APIs, and Work Queues.
• Experience processing unstructured data such as emails, multi-page PDFs, and legal documents with generative AI and OCR.
• Deep knowledge of prompt engineering, including Chain-of-Thought, Few-Shot, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, and token management.

Nice to have

• Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Milvus, or pgvector.
• Blue Prism Professional Developer Certification.
• Experience migrating traditional RPA architectures to code-first, AI-driven automation ecosystems.
• Familiarity with Agile, CI/CD, LLMOps, DevOps, and Azure or AWS VPC environments.
