Regional Security Lead (South West)

What you will do

• Implement regional security policies protecting people, offices, and equipment.
• Conduct security assessments, identify vulnerabilities, and develop risk-reduction strategies.
• Supervise and mentor private security guards and armed police personnel.
• Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services during incidents.
• Lead responses to security breaches and accidents, producing factual investigation reports.
• Deliver security training and improve the use of CCTV, alarms, and access-control systems.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience leading security teams in guard services or physical security, or five years as an ex-commissioned military, police, or paramilitary service personnel supervisor.
• Bachelor’s degree in Criminology, Psychology, Criminal Justice, or a related field.
• Recognized security certification such as CPP, PSP, or CPO.
• Clean criminal record and ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
• Ability to speak the local dialects of the major tribes in the assigned region.
• Experience with automated security systems, including CCTV cameras and burglary alarm systems.
