What you will do
- Design and implement data ingestion architectures on Snowflake.
- Lead data engineering initiatives from discovery and requirements through POC validation, production deployment, and optimization.
- Design scalable, platform-agnostic data pipelines and schemas for high-volume workflows, identity graphs, record matching, and deduplication.
- Develop matching logic and conduct performance, load, and scale testing to validate architectural decisions.
- Assess latency, throughput, connection stability, and integration approaches across APIs, batch delivery, and governed clean-room workflows.
- Lead partner-facing API design, define integration strategies, and establish engineering standards through reviews, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on data engineering experience building and deploying high-volume production pipelines.
- 2+ years of direct team leadership or technical management experience.
- Advanced SQL skills, including schema design, data modeling, complex joins, and performance optimization.
- Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Redshift, or other data platforms; pipeline development; and latency, throughput, and performance analysis.
- Experience with batch and real-time data integration, API design, microservices, event-driven architectures, data governance, and governed clean-room solutions.
- Advanced English is required for communication with global teams and client leadership.
