Growth Marketing Manager (Direct Mail)

Location

San Francisco, CA. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days per week in the office.

Salary: $150,000 – $210,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Own and drive the strategy for the direct mail acquisition channel to increase member sign-ups.
• Manage and allocate a significant marketing budget with accountability for topline targets and ROI.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Data Science, Finance, Operations, and Creative teams to execute campaigns.
• Design and implement robust experimentation frameworks for mailer formats, targeting, and content.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance and test results to executive leadership.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in growth, performance, or direct response marketing.
• Proven success in paid channel acquisition, with direct mail ownership strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data into actionable strategies.
• Experience managing creative and copy experimentation in partnership with design teams.
• Must be able to work in the San Francisco office 3 days per week.

• Experience overseeing budgets of $10M+.
• Background in highly regulated industries like healthcare or financial services.
• Knowledge of postal regulations, print production, or logistics.
• Experience integrating offline and online channel strategies.
