Senior 3D Web Engineer (Three.js)

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain cloud-based 3D digital twin and simulation applications for robotic warehouse automation.
• Build interactive 3D web applications with React, Three.js, WebGL, WebGPU, and modern frontend technologies.
• Develop visualizations for robot movement, warehouse layouts, fleet behavior, simulation results, telemetry, and automation workflows.
• Implement scene management, camera controls, object interaction, animation, lighting, shadows, shaders, materials, and rendering optimizations.
• Integrate visualizations with backend services, simulation engines, cloud APIs, telemetry streams, and digital twin data sources.
• Collaborate with simulation, robotics, cloud, backend, UX/UI, product, and QA specialists while mentoring engineers and contributing to technical roadmaps and documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Game Development, Computer Graphics, Robotics, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, including strong frontend and/or 3D application development experience.
• 3+ years of experience with modern frontend frameworks and professional expertise in React and Three.js.
• Mastery of JavaScript and TypeScript, with experience in 3D rendering techniques, shaders, lighting, materials, textures, camera systems, object selection, and scene optimization.
• Knowledge of frontend reliability, scalability, performance optimization, maintainability, and testing.
• Working proficiency in English and the ability to communicate technical concepts, risks, and recommendations independently in an international environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with ECS architecture, Blender, robotics systems, warehouse automation, digital twin platforms, simulation systems, telemetry visualization, or operational data platforms.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Windsurf.
