AI Fullstack Engineer

What you will do

• Design and build LLM-powered agents for planning, optimization, and decision-making workflows.
• Develop agent orchestration patterns, including tools, memory, evaluation, guardrails, structured prompting, and RAG pipelines.
• Use simulation, synthetic data, scenario replay, and state machines to design and validate AI workflows.
• Build end-to-end product features across Python and TypeScript backend services, REST or GraphQL APIs, and React interfaces.
• Create human-in-the-loop experiences for review, override, and explainability.
• Own production systems, focusing on performance, reliability, observability, security, compliance, infrastructure-as-code, and CI/CD.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant hands-on industry experience.
• Strong fullstack engineering skills with deep backend capability and experience owning systems from concept to production.
• Production experience with Python and Django for backend systems.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG systems, embeddings, vector search, and agentic patterns.
• Experience productionising ML or AI systems, including monitoring, failure-mode management, and iteration.
• Comfort working in small, high-ownership teams and collaborating with Product, Design, and engineering colleagues.

Nice to have

• Experience in logistics, optimization, or simulation-heavy domains.
• Background in data engineering or ML platforms.
• Experience building developer tools or internal platforms.
• Exposure to regulated or security-conscious environments.
