Software Developer Growth Engineer (AI)

Location: On-site in Cambridge, Massachusetts, United States, with daily collaboration at the Cambridge headquarters.

Base salary: $140,000–$180,000 per year, plus bonus and equity.

What you will do

• Become an expert operator of the hirify.global platform and execute autonomous software development workflows end to end.
• Build greenfield applications, modernize legacy systems, refactor open-source repositories, and improve software performance and scalability.
• Fix publicly documented CVEs, reverse-engineer codebases, and generate technical specifications.
• Develop open-source tools, technical benchmarks, and large-scale autonomous development demonstrations.
• Create technical articles, tutorials, engineering write-ups, videos, project breakdowns, and benchmark reports.
• Engage developers, identify technical champions, conduct targeted outreach, and partner with Sales and AI Solutions Consultants to advance enterprise opportunities.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals and experience building and shipping production software.
• Ability to explain complex technical ideas clearly and communicate with software developers, architects, and engineering leaders.
• Comfort with public-facing technical work, content creation, teaching, and developer community engagement.
• Passion for AI and software development tooling, with a builder mentality and entrepreneurial curiosity.
