Job description: This is an infrastructure-first engineering role with a strong focus on Linux, troubleshooting, automation, customer implementations and production support.
Requirements:
• Strong practical Linux system administration skills
• Solid TCP/IP and networking fundamentals
• Hands-on troubleshooting across OS, applications, networks, storage, DNS, VPNs, firewalls, SSL/TLS, etc.
• Bash / Shell scripting and automation
• Understanding of servers, storage, virtualization and enterprise infrastructure
• Strong troubleshooting mindset and ability to take ownership of issues through resolution
• Strong English communication and customer-facing skills
Location: Remote. Due to the working hours required for this position, we are currently considering candidates based in the PDT/PST time zone (±4 hours).
