Regional Estimating Manager (AI Infrastructure)

Location: Remote across Europe, London, UK, and Palo Alto, CA

Salary: €155,000–€210,000 in Europe; £135,000–£180,000 in the United Kingdom, plus equity and bonus opportunities.

What you will do

• Own estimating standards, methods, and tools across the project fleet.
• Produce and assure estimates from feasibility and front-end planning through project baselining.
• Build should-cost models for major packages and critical equipment.
• Develop cost benchmarks across projects, regions, and delivery models.
• Support procurement negotiations with independent cost intelligence.
• Reconcile estimates against outturn costs, coach project teams, and inform design and delivery strategy.

Requirements

• Essential experience estimating data center or major capital projects.
• Demonstrated ability to produce estimates across early and detailed project stages.
• Strong knowledge of MEP-heavy construction cost drivers.
• Experience building cost benchmarks and should-cost models.
• Commercial acumen and confidence supporting procurement negotiations.
• Ability to work across European and US projects and time zones.
