Fund Services Operations Team Lead (Finance)

Location: RSU Tower, Bangkok, Thailand. Hybrid work model with working hours from 9 am to 6 pm Australian time.

What you will do

• Supervise, train, and provide performance feedback to a team of dealers.
• Monitor daily trading activities across multiple asset classes and ensure accurate, timely execution of client orders.
• Oversee trade reconciliation, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate with back-office operations.
• Maintain trading systems and order management platforms, troubleshooting operational issues.
• Build relationships with institutional brokers, counterparties, and fund managers.
• Analyze trading performance and reports, support regulatory reporting, and contribute to new strategies and products.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in dealing or trading operations, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of equities, fixed income, derivatives, foreign exchange, and financial services regulations.
• Experience with trading platforms and order management systems such as Bloomberg or Refinitiv.
• Leadership, communication, analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Good English communication skills and availability for 9 am–6 pm Australian time.

• Professional certifications such as CMFAS or HKSI.
