Operations Intern (Ecommerce)

Location: Paris, France; on-site role with a hybrid work environment including two remote days per week, one remote work week per quarter, and three flex days.

Salary: €1,200–€1,400 per month for a Paris-based internship.

What you will do

• Monitor BuyBulk KPIs and support daily, weekly, and monthly performance reporting.
• Conduct one-off analyses and identify performance drivers and improvement opportunities.
• Manage operational processes and checks that support performance and customer satisfaction.
• Improve efficiency by automating processes, reporting, analyses, and alerts.
• Build or improve processes, tools, and reports for quality control, customer care, and pricing projects.
• Structure cross-functional projects by researching opportunities, defining action plans, identifying stakeholders, and tracking timelines and success factors.

Requirements

• Six-month, full-time internship starting in January 2027, 35 hours per week.
• Fluency in English and French with fully professional capability.
• Advanced analytical and data manipulation skills with exceptional attention to written, visual, and quantitative detail.
• Advanced Google Sheets skills, including pivot tables and complex formulas.
• Basic SQL knowledge or willingness to learn during the internship.
• Proactive approach to testing, learning, and implementing improvements.

Nice to have

• Experience with VBA, Zapier, or automation and visualization tools.
• Previous experience as a business analyst, country or category manager, operations manager, seller success manager, investment banking intern, or consulting intern/junior.
