Regulatory Specialist Professional II (RF/EMC/SAR)

What you will do

• Manage assigned regulatory programs and product compliance initiatives.
• Lead worldwide RF, EMC, and SAR testing and certifications, with a focus on WLAN, WAN, and RFID products.
• Evaluate and apply international test standards, compliance techniques, procedures, and criteria.
• Coordinate with engineering, product and program management, ODM/JDM development teams, test laboratories, certification partners, and regulators.
• Prepare and review regulatory schedules, test plans, laboratory cost estimates, and issue status documentation.
• Monitor new regulatory requirements and continuously improve regulatory process documentation.

Requirements

• In-depth experience with RF, EMC, and SAR testing and certifications worldwide.
• Strong regulatory expertise in WLAN, WAN, and RFID.
• Working knowledge of technical specifications and approval processes, including FCC, CE, and UL/CB certifications.
• Ability to manage compliance issues, select evaluation methods, and apply professional judgment within broadly defined policies.
• Ability to work with engineering, program management, ODM/JDM partners, test laboratories, certification organizations, and regulators.
