Senior Social Media Specialist

What you will do

• Drive and manage social media campaigns across ASEAN with defined objectives, tactics, and KPIs.
• Create and manage regional social media content in line with brand guidelines and tone of voice.
• Manage online communities to increase engagement, conversation, and brand advocacy.
• Collaborate with regional and local marketing and sales teams, influencers, and external agencies on campaigns and launches.
• Track platform trends, emerging features, and competitive activity to inform strategy.
• Measure performance across paid and organic media and provide actionable recommendations.

Requirements

• BS or BA degree from an accredited college or university.
• At least 4 years of social media experience managing successful campaigns for a global brand.
• Strong understanding of the social media landscape across ASEAN.
• Experience managing paid and organic campaigns on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Proficiency with social media management platforms such as Emplifi, plus social listening and analytics tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects.

• Experience with content creation and related software.
