Regional Cost Manager

Location: Remote across Europe, London, UK, or Palo Alto, CA

Salary: €160K–€215K in Europe or £140K–£185K in the United Kingdom, plus equity and bonus opportunities.

What you will do

• Own cost management standards, structures, and reporting across all projects.
• Consolidate project cost forecasts into a portfolio view for leadership.
• Govern cost baselines, change control, value-of-work-done, and accrual reporting.
• Build cost benchmarks across projects, packages, and regions.
• Support contract negotiations and procurement with robust cost data.
• Coach project controls leads and improve cost systems, tools, and processes as the fleet grows.

Requirements

• Cost management experience on data center or major capital projects.
• Experience managing costs across multiple concurrent projects or a portfolio.
• Strong knowledge of forecasting, change control, and earned value practices.
• Fluency with enterprise cost management systems.
• Sharp analytical skills and the ability to produce clear, decision-ready reporting.
• Comfort working across European and US projects and time zones.
