New Grad - Integration Specialist (Robotics)

Location: USA remote, field-based, with regular travel to customer installation sites; travel required up to 75% of the time. Approximately 75% of the work is performed on construction sites in PPE, including work at heights up to 45 feet and in restrictive areas.

Salary: $82,000–$113,300 annually, plus benefits.

What you will do

• Commission PLC and HMI systems, including cabinet startup, software loading, configuration, and validation.
• Test hardware and system functionality against project specifications, performance standards, and safety requirements.
• Integrate and test WMS connectivity, adapter cells, storage systems, and safety systems.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues with diagnostic tools to maintain project timelines.
• Collaborate with engineering, software, technicians, and customer support teams during commissioning and go-live.
• Travel to assigned regional customer sites and complete commissioning tasks defined in the project scope of work.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, robotics, industrial engineering, or a related field.
• Familiarity with PLC systems and industrial networks.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to adapt in fast-paced environments.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive and/or fly to customer locations.
• Ability to work in temperatures from 32°F to 105°F, climb stairs, work at heights, operate in restrictive spaces, and lift or move up to 50 pounds.
• Compliance with lockout/tagout, fall protection, PPE, and other site safety requirements is mandatory.
