Salesforce Administrator (Revenue Operations)

Location: 5 days onsite in Mountain View, CA or McLean, VA, United States

Annual base salary: $128,459–$143,681 USD for the U.S.; $154,347–$186,673 USD for Mountain View, CA. Additional bonus, equity, and benefits may apply.

What you will do

• Own Salesforce infrastructure maintenance, release management, performance monitoring, and technical debt reduction.
• Architect secure data pipelines between Salesforce and data warehouses such as Snowflake and BigQuery.
• Partner with IT Security on governance, SSO, encryption, and granular permission controls.
• Review and govern automation built by internal subject-matter experts and super users.
• Refactor legacy processes into scalable Salesforce Flows and managed triggers.
• Integrate AI tools, product-usage signals, and emerging Salesforce technologies into revenue workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related STEM field.
• 3+ years of Salesforce Administration experience in high-complexity, enterprise-grade environments.
• Expert knowledge of Salesforce Flow and Process Builder.
• Good understanding of Apex and SOQL logic.
• Ability to work onsite five days per week in Mountain View, CA or McLean, VA.
• Experience balancing business agility with scalable system architecture and governance.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Data Cloud Consultant certification.
• Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, Agentforce, or external AI/ML model integrations.
• Familiarity with SOC 2, GDPR, or similar security frameworks.
