Product Manager, Serverless & Containers

Location: London or Helsinki; hybrid with 3 days per week on-site

hirify.global is building a European AI cloud for training, experimenting with, and deploying AI models using GPUs powered by renewable energy.

What you will do

• Own the strategy and roadmap for managed containers, serverless workloads, Functions-as-a-Service, and Managed Kubernetes.
• Balance customer needs, internal requirements, and business goals when shaping the product direction.
• Improve developer experience through fast deployment, scale-to-zero capabilities, fast cold starts, on-demand GPUs, and pay-per-use pricing.
• Identify product opportunities and contribute to the evolution of cloud infrastructure products.
• Define and manage success metrics including adoption, usage, retention, and margin.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, leadership, customers, and partners.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of product management or product ownership experience for technical or developer-facing products.
• Solid understanding of containers, container orchestration, Kubernetes, CaaS, PaaS, and the FaaS/event-driven model.
• Familiarity with AI/ML workloads and GPU-backed compute for training, fine-tuning, and serving models.
• Strong understanding of developer experience, APIs, and cloud platforms.
• Experience building, launching, and operating cloud products.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, self-sufficiency, and ownership.

Nice to have

• Technical background as an engineer or solutions architect.
• Experience with usage-based pricing, product metrics, prioritization frameworks, SQL, and analytics or dashboarding tools.
• Understanding of the European cloud and sovereignty landscape.
