Device Engineer (GaN)

What you will do

• Build wafer-level GaN measurement capabilities.
• Perform wafer-level device characterization using DC, pulsed, and CV measurements.
• Conduct wafer-level stress testing and accelerated reliability tests.
• Analyze data through device physics modeling, parameter extraction, and statistical analysis.
• Assist with device modeling and provide device-level guidance to process, test, and reliability engineering teams.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or higher in microelectronics.
• Strong knowledge of semiconductor device fundamentals, physics, modeling, design, and fabrication.
• Hands-on experience with semiconductor device characterization.
• Strong foundations in mathematics and physics, eagerness to learn, and a strong sense of urgency.
• Familiarity with coding for equipment control and automation, including Python and AI-assisted coding.
