Paid Media Associate (Fintech)

Location: São Paulo, Brazil; hybrid work model with regular office presence expected

What you will do

• Partner with the CEO to translate the strategic roadmap into actionable workstreams.
• Manage investor communications and prepare materials for board meetings and fundraising rounds.
• Audit and optimize internal processes to improve leadership-team efficiency.
• Coordinate alignment between the CEO and senior leadership on key performance metrics.
• Lead zero-to-one initiatives, including market research, geographic expansion, internal restructuring, and evaluation of AI-driven product opportunities.

Requirements

• Experience in a strategic role at a high-growth fintech, startup, or top-tier financial services firm.
• Working proficiency in English and Portuguese required.
• Experience or interest in using AI tools to automate executive workflows and reporting.
• Strong understanding of investor relations and financial modeling.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and external partners.
• Experience managing complex projects with Google Drive, Slack, and HubSpot.

Nice to have

• MBA from a top-tier institution.
• Analytical skills using Metabase, SQL, or Python.
• Basic Spanish proficiency or willingness to learn Spanish.
