Associate Community Manager (Crypto)

What you will do

• Develop and implement community engagement strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage and grow the online community across social media, forums, and other platforms.
• Foster a positive, inclusive environment and encourage participation.
• Monitor and respond to community inquiries, comments, and feedback.
• Collaborate with marketing, customer support, and product development teams.
• Analyze community metrics and organize virtual events, webinars, and meetups.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in community or social media management, with a record of building engaged online communities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, community tools, analytics, and CRM systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Portuguese.
• Empathy, patience, professionalism, and the ability to connect with diverse audiences and handle feedback constructively.

Nice to have

• Experience or strong interest in fintech and crypto.
