Silicon Test Engineer (Silicon Photonics)

What you will do

• Develop and execute silicon test solutions from characterization through wafer sort and final test.
• Create and maintain ATE test programs on Advantest 93K and/or Teradyne platforms.
• Translate design and DFT requirements into scalable, production-ready test solutions.
• Support new product introduction and transitions into high-volume manufacturing.
• Optimize test flows, coverage, test time, yield, and cost while analyzing test data.
• Debug test failures and identify root causes across product, test, and process.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in semiconductor or silicon photonics test engineering.
• Strong experience with Advantest 93K and/or Teradyne ATE platforms.
• Experience with silicon validation, production test, DFT/DFM, and high-speed or mixed-signal testing.
• Experience optimizing test time, coverage, yield, and cost in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in C/C++, Python, or similar scripting and programming languages, plus Linux-based environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
