Senior Product Cost Analyst (Manufacturing): Building, maintaining, validating, and analyzing complete Excel-based product cost models for 5–10 product lines with an accent on NPI costing, cost roadmaps, scenario analysis, and variance evaluation. Focus on translating manufacturing inputs into financial impact, tracking cost-reduction actions, validating savings, and delivering decision-ready recommendations to management and cross-functional teams.
Location: Onsite in Pathumthani (Navanakorn), Thailand

is hiring for a finance role focused on product cost modeling within the Product Cost department.
What you will do
- Own complete Excel-based product cost models for approximately 5–10 product lines, from input collection through validation, analysis, communication, and maintenance.
- Prepare cost models and cost roadmaps for NPI gate reviews and mass-production products.
- Run cost simulations and scenario analyses for BOM, HPU, yield, and other approved changes.
- Analyze actual-versus-modeled cost variances, identify cost drivers, and explain gaps caused by assumptions, timing, data, or execution.
- Track cost-reduction initiatives and validate savings realization against actual results.
- Prepare FTA application models, management summaries, recommendations, and ad hoc financial analyses while coordinating with R&D, Manufacturing Engineering, GCM, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience, including product cost accounting or product costing in a multinational manufacturing company.
- At least 3 years of hands-on product costing experience.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel modeling skills, including building, maintaining, auditing, and explaining complex manually managed models.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and the ability to translate technical and operational inputs into financial cost impact.
- Proficiency in Oracle ERP; SAP experience is acceptable. English proficiency is required for effective work with global teams.
