What you will do

• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, materials, and work breakdown structures.
• Develop short- and long-term project plans, schedules, priorities, objectives, and resource requirements.
• Track materials, deliverables, budgets, project status, and stakeholder responsibilities.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, coworkers, vendors, customers, and other stakeholders to keep projects on schedule.
• Resolve project issues, manage scope changes, identify scope creep, and communicate updates.
• Assess project risks, negotiate additional resources, and review completed projects for process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Adaptability and the ability to communicate effectively and credibly.
• Ability to interact with customers and set expectations for project delivery.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams toward project goals.
• Ability to mentor and train entry-level Project Leaders or newly hired Project Managers.
