Procurement Intern – EMEA Supply Chain (Power BI)

Location: Sant Cugat del Vallès, Barcelona, Spain. Eligibility requires current university enrollment in Spain through the end of the internship, an internship agreement with the university, and availability to start in October 2026 for 5–12 months.

What you will do

• Support sourcing events, RFQs, supplier benchmarking, market intelligence, selection, commercial evaluations, and contract documentation.
• Track supplier KPIs, support performance reviews and QBR follow-up actions, and identify cost, risk, and process improvement opportunities.
• Build Power BI dashboards and reports covering procurement and supplier performance.
• Analyze large datasets, spend, costs, and Total Cost of Ownership to identify trends, inefficiencies, risks, and savings opportunities.
• Support data extraction, transformation, visualization, and AI-, Power Platform-, and analytics-based efficiency projects.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Sustainability, Analytics, suppliers, and EMEA stakeholders.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in supply chain management, industrial or logistics engineering, business administration, or a related discipline.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong analytical and quantitative capabilities.
• Experience with data visualization and reporting, including the ability to work with large datasets.
• PowerPoint presentation skills and clear communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Curiosity, willingness to learn, and ability to translate data into business insights in an international environment.

Nice to have

• Power BI, Databricks, SQL, Power Query, Power Platform, or AI and machine learning fundamentals.
