Export Logistics Coordinator

Location: Eddystone - Crum Lynne, PA 19022, US; onsite. No relocation or immigration assistance is provided.

What you will do

• Coordinate export trafficking functions, data entry, and document distribution for customer export shipments.
• Receive and process shipment documents, verify compliance with US Customs requirements, and coordinate cargo availability, pickup, and delivery.
• Finalize billing and distribute required shipment documents.
• Review daily monitoring reports, confirm measurement standards, and report non-conformances proactively.
• Maintain accurate and current tables, assist with accounting issues, perform RFI/RFQ activities, and ensure prompt, accurate communications.
• Prepare export declarations and related Bills of Lading for ocean exports and coordinate outbound international freight movements.

Requirements

• Associate Degree.
• Strong communication and organization skills with close attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
• Ability to learn and use various computer programs.

Nice to have

• One to three years of experience in a customer service environment.
• A college degree.
• Leadership experience.
