Remote Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist (MA Licensed) (Pediatric Mental Health)

Location: Remote within Massachusetts; periodic in-person retreats required

Salary: $250,000 starting annual salary; $125,000 prorated for 0.5 FTE (20 hours per week)

What you will do

• Provide psychiatric evaluations, medication treatment plans, and ongoing medication management for children and teens.
• Collaborate with the InStride multidisciplinary care team, families, pediatricians, and outpatient prescribers.
• Participate in clinical team meetings focused on patient care, collaboration, and education.
• Schedule patients appropriately and complete timely, thorough clinical documentation.
• Provide feedback on workflow improvements and contribute ideas for program growth and innovation.

Requirements

• Active Massachusetts MD licensure appropriate to the clinical discipline.
• Expertise in medication management for children and teens with anxiety, OCD, depression, and ADHD.
• Compassionate, thoughtful approach to patient treatment and cultural competence regarding diversity and inclusion.
• Strong written and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively on a care team.
• Ability to work independently and professionally in a fast-paced environment, handle confidential information, and complete documentation thoroughly.
• Basic computer skills and openness to using new technologies; willingness to acquire additional state medical licenses as care expands.
