What you will do
- Design and implement novel computational photography algorithms.
- Develop end-to-end solutions from algorithm design and implementation through quality evaluation, performance optimization, and deployment.
- Improve image quality and create new computational photography features for camera products.
- Collaborate with hardware engineers on new camera designs.
- Transfer technologies to product groups and help ship them in production products.
- Work cross-functionally with software engineers, hardware engineers, and designers.
Requirements
- Masterβs degree and 4 years of experience, or a PhD in electrical engineering or computer science.
- Excellent knowledge of image processing, computer vision, and computational photography theory and practice.
- Fluency in C and C++.
- Experience with a rapid prototyping environment such as MATLAB.
- Strong communication skills.
- Parallel programming experience with technologies such as CUDA, Halide, OpenCL, or Metal is a plus.
