Design Lead (AI Infrastructure)

Location: Europe; remote role with a requirement to be based on-site through delivery

Salary: €180,000–€245,000 annually in Europe; £155,000–£210,000 annually in the United Kingdom, plus equity and bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Manage design partners and consultants through detailed design and construction.
• Apply standard designs and manage deviations across project delivery.
• Lead design reviews focused on safety, constructability, quality, and commissioning.
• Own the technical query and RFI process, ensuring fast and documented site responses.
• Review contractor and vendor design deliverables against requirements.
• Coordinate power, cooling, network, structural, and NVIDIA Vera cluster deployment interfaces while feeding site lessons into reference designs.

Requirements

• Data center design or engineering experience.
• Strong grounding in MEP-heavy facility design and coordination.
• Experience managing design consultants during live construction.
• Working knowledge of commissioning requirements in design.
• Clear technical communication with site and executive audiences.
• Willingness to be based on-site through delivery.
