Specialist Visual Merchandising (Retail)

Location: US field service in Fairfax County, Virginia, or Montgomery County, Maryland; travel within the designated territory and in-store work are required.

What you will do

• Implement seasonal floor plans and maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Replenish selling-floor stock and keep product displays clean and well presented.
• Execute promotional and incentive directives.
• Educate store personnel about products, launches, pricing, availability, merchandising standards, and promotions.
• Provide brochures, digital assets, point-of-sale materials, display photographs, and regular feedback on store performance, customer trends, stock, quality, pricing, and competitors.
• Participate in bridal, pop-up, and other special in-store events.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in retail, merchandising, or the tabletop industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, interpersonal, time-management, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Access to a home computer or laptop with reliable internet, plus a mobile phone and email address.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Flexible availability for weekend and evening work, with travel within the territory as required.
• Current authorization to work in the United States is required.
