VP / Director, Head of Partnerships (Web3)

Location: On-site in Hong Kong, Dubai, or Singapore; candidates may also be based in the EU or UAE and must be able to travel when required.

What you will do

• Define and lead the global strategic partnership roadmap, focusing on long-term value creation and ecosystem growth.
• Source, evaluate, and secure partnerships across Web3, traditional finance, technology providers, and emerging blockchain ecosystems.
• Own senior-level partner relationships, advise key stakeholders, and develop joint initiatives.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, and BD on partnerships, integrations, joint ventures, and go-to-market strategies.
• Monitor Web3, DeFi, digital asset infrastructure, and custody trends to identify strategic opportunities.
• Establish KPIs and track partnership effectiveness, ROI, and strategic alignment.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in strategic partnerships, corporate development, or business development.
• At least 3 years of experience in digital assets or fintech.
• Strong understanding of blockchain, Web3, custody, digital asset infrastructure, and regulatory requirements.
• Proven success managing senior partnerships, influencing stakeholders, and generating recurring revenue or assets under custody.
• Ability to translate market trends and partner capabilities into long-term strategic advantages.
• Based in a key strategic market such as Singapore, Hong Kong, the EU, or the UAE, with the ability to travel when required.

• Existing relationships with financial institutions, technology providers, blockchain protocols, or regulatory bodies.
