Program Manager – Supply Risk Mitigation & Resiliency (Supply Chain): Leading cross-functional programs that identify, prioritize, and execute mitigation plans for semiconductor supply and component risks across the product lifecycle with an accent on alternate sourcing, supply planning, contractual coverage, and inventory strategies. Focus on coordinating engineering, planning, and procurement stakeholders, tracking mitigation KPIs, and driving accountable execution in high-pressure environments.
Location: Batu Kawan, Penang, Malaysia; onsite at the Penang SDSM Office

What you will do
- Lead end-to-end programs for supply and component risk mitigation across engineering, planning, and procurement.
- Translate risk signals into mitigation plans with owners, milestones, deliverables, and measurable outcomes.
- Coordinate alternate sourcing, safety stock, lead-time buffers, contractual coverage, and supplier strategies.
- Identify and prioritize risks based on revenue, customer commitments, and ramp readiness.
- Run weekly governance cadences, manage escalations, and provide executive-ready reporting.
- Define KPIs, hold owners accountable, and drive structural improvements to processes and tools.
Requirements
- 8–12+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience in semiconductor, electronics, storage, or high-tech supply chains.
- Strong understanding of component-level risks, including capacity, yield, and supplier concentration.
- Working knowledge of at least two areas: strategic sourcing or commodity management, supply planning or inventory strategy, and NPI or product lifecycle management.
- Ability to understand fab capacity, process nodes, lead times, alternate sourcing, and qualification paths.
- Strong execution leadership, systems thinking, data-driven decision-making, stakeholder influence, and structured communication.
