What you will do

• Perform production work in a cleanroom manufacturing facility.
• Work with chemicals according to training, work instructions, and safety requirements.
• Follow quality procedures with a strong focus on detail and precision.
• Work effectively with colleagues and operate in close proximity to equipment and other personnel.
• Support compressed shift schedules, including Saturdays, and work overtime on short notice when needed.

Requirements

• Ability to work 100% onsite in San Jose, California.
• Strong spoken and written English proficiency and comprehension.
• Relevant experience in a similar manufacturing facility; one year or more of cleanroom experience is preferred.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent job experience.
• Ability to work in a cleanroom while wearing a full bunny suit and PPE, stand throughout the shift, and lift 20–30 pounds.
• 20/20 vision, corrected or natural, for short- and long-range viewing; strong hand-eye coordination and basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
