What you will do

• Define art direction, visual signatures, and core value propositions for digital experiences.
• Design, implement, operationalise, and scale enterprise design systems across platforms and brand touchpoints.
• Develop polished visual concepts and push the boundaries of client briefs.
• Translate data-driven insights and user feedback into high-fidelity design opportunities with UX, Strategy, and Analytics teams.
• Lead multidisciplinary collaboration across Experience Design, Product Strategy, and Engineering.
• Present and rationalise ideas, sketches, and prototypes to peers, business owners, and senior client stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a similar product design role, ideally in a fast-paced creative agency or digital product studio.
• Exceptional visual design craft, including layout, typography, micro-interactions, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong, fluent understanding of UX and digital product logic.
• Deep practical knowledge of building and managing enterprise-scale design systems.
• Experience guiding product development with large multidisciplinary teams and mentoring junior talent.
• Confident collaboration with development teams to deliver complex digital products and design systems from design through deployment.
