Robot Operator (Robotics)

Location: Sorocaba, São Paulo, Brazil; office-based with consistent schedule alignment to US operations

What you will do

• Operate and monitor robotic inspection missions across utility-scale solar sites.
• Execute daily mission schedules and verify mission completion accuracy.
• Coordinate handoffs, shift updates, and mission reviews with US-based operations teams.
• Identify robot and connectivity issues, resolve them with technical teams, and escalate incidents through internal workflows.
• Support new site onboarding, robot readiness checks, mission setup validation, and operational testing.
• Record mission data, anomalies, and operational updates while following safety and documentation procedures.

Requirements

• Fluent spoken and written English required for daily communication with US teams.
• Experience in an English-speaking environment, such as technical support, customer service, call center operations, robotics, or remote operations.
• Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and basic technical skills.
• Ability to work from an office in Sorocaba, Brazil, with consistent schedule alignment to US operations.

Nice to have

• Experience with robotics, remote monitoring, or technical platforms.
• Exposure to solar energy or industrial environments.
• Familiarity with documentation or ticketing systems.
