Implementation Associate

Location: Toronto, Canada

Salary: CAD 80,000–100,000 per year

Series B startup building a sales compensation platform that helps market-leading companies design, manage, and optimize sales compensation programs and sales intelligence.

What you will do

• Own day-to-day relationships with customers and senior client stakeholders across a portfolio.
• Translate customer data inputs and business logic into platform rules, commission engine architecture, and outputs.
• Independently complete platform updates, enhancements, and change requests.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to communicate customer feedback and implement new platform features.
• Manage customer expectations, deliverables, and project timelines.
• Identify improvements in sales performance management processes and strategy, including crediting, payroll processes, incentive plan design, and quota setting.

Requirements

• Education or professional background in Engineering, Commerce, Mathematics, and/or Statistics.
• 2+ years of relevant work experience.
• Strong Excel skills for data profiling, segmentation, and aggregation.
• Understanding of data architecture, database logic, workflows, and process flows.
• Analytical problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills.
• Ability to take ownership and work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL and/or Python.
• Experience with sales incentive compensation.
• Experience working with large datasets.
