Software Engineer (Backend & Database)

What you will do

• Develop and maintain digital twin and machine learning software tools.
• Build and enhance machine learning solutions for design and manufacturing processes.
• Develop and optimize data management systems and data pipelines.
• Improve data quality and operational efficiency.
• Work with stakeholders to understand engineering problems and create workflow automation solutions.
• Reduce human error and improve the interpretation of engineering results.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related quantitative or engineering field.
• Solid understanding of software development processes and proficiency in backend software or website development.
• Strong understanding of data engineering and experience developing databases and data pipelines.
• Proficiency in using coding agents and AI tools in daily work.
• Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and relationship-building skills with a collaborative approach.

Nice to have

• Understanding of statistical modeling and data analytics methods.
• Experience, coursework, or research in machine learning and deep learning.
• Knowledge of structural, thermal, or mechanical package engineering.
• Interest in the semiconductor industry.
