Principal Product Manager (AI)

Location: Remote within the United States; employees near Bellevue, WA or New York, NY work hybrid 1–3 days per week, while employees located farther from the offices may work fully remotely. Applicants must already be authorized to work in the United States.

Salary: $148,550–$191,630 USD annually, plus equity and applicable bonus or commission.

What you will do

• Evaluate and draft architectures for multi-party data clean room integrations with platforms such as YouTube and TikTok.
• Design identity-resolution approaches connecting Audience and Outcomes data.
• Resolve systemic API and data-ingest issues affecting multiple product lines and major customers.
• Partner with Engineering, Data Science, Legal, Business Development, and Commercial teams to deliver scalable privacy-safe solutions.
• Author the strategic vision and roadmap for platform integrations and drive commercialization of a significant ARR product line.
• Communicate complex ad tech and data-privacy concepts to executives and external platform partners while mentoring Product Managers.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Product Management experience owning technical, data, or platform products.
• Direct experience evaluating or designing data clean rooms, identity resolution, or similarly complex privacy-sensitive integrations.
• Strong technical fluency in APIs and data pipelines, with experience resolving cross-product issues alongside Engineering.
• Experience creating product strategy and roadmaps and securing VP-level support for resourcing.
• Familiarity with AI/ML approaches to identity resolution or data matching and AI tools for product development.
• United States work authorization is required; visa sponsorship is not available.
