Email & SMS Program Lead (CRM)

What you will do

• Own end-to-end project management for Email and SMS campaigns from intake and briefing through build, QA, deployment and post-send reporting.
• Coordinate creative, copy, data and development partners around campaign timelines, dependencies and deliverables.
• Build and maintain campaign calendars, intake processes, production workflows and project management systems.
• Manage Salesforce Marketing Cloud to build, schedule and execute campaigns, triggers and customer journeys.
• Coordinate always-on programs such as Welcome Series, Abandon Cart, Post-Purchase and win-back journeys.
• Establish QA standards, maintain list hygiene and deliverability practices, and turn performance data into actionable recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution or 3–5 years of relevant work experience.
• At least 3 years of project or program management experience with hands-on email marketing execution.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or an equivalent CRM/ESP platform, including campaigns, triggers and journeys.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects end-to-end under tight timelines with strong attention to detail.
• Strong reporting, written communication and verbal communication skills, including the ability to hold partners accountable.
• Ability to work remotely from Michigan, United States.
