Consultant Developer (Software Developer) - Industry Innovation & Co-Development Group

Location: Canada, Toronto, remote

Salary: CAD 71,000–89,000 gross annual base salary

What you will do

• Prototype, validate, and deliver hirify.global Cloud features in customer environments.
• Work directly with customers to capture use cases and requirements and validate solutions.
• Develop across the full technology stack, including backend and frontend components.
• Translate requirements into solution designs and working software.
• Provide feedback to Solution Architects and Product Development to support continuous improvement.
• Partner with customers throughout their transformation journeys.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in technology consulting, solution development, or P&C insurance delivery.
• Hands-on full-stack development experience and modern software engineering practices.
• Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, automated testing, and software packaging.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills for business and technical audiences.
• Ability to work with limited guidance while applying established best practices and standards.
• Adaptability, curiosity, and comfort in a fast-paced, innovation-focused environment.
