What you will do

• Lead brand design at hirify.global.
• Work with a multidisciplinary design group across brand, web, creative direction, packaging, and retail.
• Define hirify.global's brand narrative and ensure consistent execution from ideation through real-world applications.
• Develop thoughtful brand visuals, films, and brand guidelines.
• Communicate and visualise design concepts to maintain creative direction.
• Hire and grow design talent.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in brand building and brand design across varied categories.
• Experience creating high-quality brand visuals, films, and guidelines.
• Strong ability to communicate and visualise design concepts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interest in the design process.
• Experience hiring and developing talent.
