Principal Service Reliability Engineer (Azure)

Location: Taguig, Metro Manila, Philippines; hybrid with 2–3 days per week in the local office

What you will do

• Define and track SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets with engineering and product leads.
• Drive service reliability, availability, scalability, and operational excellence across mission-critical platforms.
• Lead production incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Design operational improvements, support playbooks, and automation to reduce recurring manual work.
• Collaborate with Development, Operations, Production Support, and Navitaire teams on environment standards, releases, and infrastructure changes.
• Perform capacity planning, performance tuning, and improvements to change, release, and incident management processes.

Requirements

• Strong experience with Azure resources, including VMs, Storage, Network, Functions, Logic Apps, App Services, and AKS.
• Technical expertise in Azure DevOps, Git, GitOps repositories, and build and release pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with Azure PowerShell, Azure Runbooks, or other infrastructure automation tools.
• Experience with Grafana, Dynatrace, Splunk, Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in C# and knowledge of cloud implementation for Navitaire products across different infrastructure models.
• Ability to lead infrastructure changes, solve complex production issues, collaborate across teams, and work shifting schedules in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
