TL;DR
EOL Lead Program Manager (Supply Chain and Consumer Products): Leading end-of-life planning, product transitions, inventory depletion, and final obsolescence activities with an accent on cross-functional execution, data analysis, and excess inventory avoidance. Focus on scenario planning, KPI and executive reporting, phase-gate governance, and root cause analysis of excess inventory exposure.
Location: Onsite at the Penang SDSM Office in Batu Kawan, Malaysia

What you will do
- Lead end-to-end end-of-life planning and execution for Consumer products, from EOL initiation through final obsolescence.
- Manage product transitions, inventory assessments, ramp-down activities, Last Time Build, and Last Time Ship execution.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Sales, Pricing, Supply Chain Planning, Procurement, and Operations to execute EOL plans.
- Develop inventory depletion strategies, what-if analyses, and scenario plans to reduce excess and obsolete inventory.
- Create KPIs and executive reports covering program status, inventory exposure, risks, and mitigation plans.
- Drive phase-gate governance, track functional actions, and conduct post-EOL reviews with root cause analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Program Management, or related functions.
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret complex data and convert it into business recommendations.
- Program and project management, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience with Power BI or other data analytics and visualization tools.
