Lead Business Analyst (iGaming)

Location: Remote from Czechia, Serbia, Cyprus, Poland, or Latvia

What you will do

• Lead the full business analysis cycle, from domain research and discovery through solution implementation.
• Analyze As-Is processes, design To-Be states, and identify risks, limitations, and dependencies.
• Define and align functional and non-functional requirements with product, architecture, development, UX/UI, QA, and other stakeholders.
• Create BRDs, Vision and Scope documents, User Stories, Use Cases, UI descriptions, and process and system models using BPMN and UML.
• Maintain requirement completeness, consistency, and traceability throughout the development lifecycle.
• Support Agile activities and act as a subject matter expert in complex product and technical decisions.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of business analysis experience, including 2–3 years in a senior position.
• Experience integrating AI tools into business analysis workflows and working with microservice architecture and high-load systems.
• Understanding of REST API, Webhooks, gRPC, OpenAPI, Swagger, JSON, XML, OAuth, JWT, Kafka, RabbitMQ, and DDD fundamentals.
• Experience improving requirements quality through reviews, checklists, documentation audits, issue identification, and quality-control practices.
• Experience with people management, including performance reviews, development plans, 1-on-1 meetings, mentoring, technical interviews, and onboarding.
• English: B1 required. Product experience and business-value-based decision-making are required.

Nice to have

• Experience designing collaboration processes across business analysis, product management, design, project management, development, and testing.
• Experience in iGaming.
