Manager, Telemedicine Operations (Telemedicine)

Location: Remote

Starting base salary: $128,000–$140,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage a team of registered nurses and clinical staff, including hiring, onboarding, coaching, performance management, and professional development.
• Own telemedicine clinic scheduling, coverage, queues, workflows, and escalation paths.
• Manage EMR configuration and maintenance, including clinical programs, forms, and related settings.
• Coordinate external provider staffing, scheduling, onboarding logistics, coverage forecasting, and vendor accountability.
• Maintain clinical protocols, SOPs, policies, provider playbooks, and job aids.
• Support chart review, quality assurance, operational KPI reporting, and coordination with IT and Product.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted RN license and a bachelor's degree.
• At least 2 years of experience managing registered nurses or other healthcare professionals, including hiring and performance management.
• At least 2 years of experience in healthcare or clinical operations, including scheduling and workflow management.
• Hands-on experience configuring and using an EMR or EHR and operating telemedicine or virtual care services.
• Experience supporting clinical protocols, standard operating procedures, or clinical policies.
• Strong documentation, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Multi-state or compact RN license, or willingness to obtain additional state licenses.
• Experience managing external staffing vendors or contract provider networks.
• Experience in fertility, pregnancy, menopause, low testosterone, or gender-affirming care.
• Experience building or supporting clinical quality assurance programs.
• Experience creating scalable processes in a high-growth environment.
