Staff Technical Program Manager (Flash Memory)

Location: Batu Kawan, Penang, Malaysia; onsite at the Penang SDSM Office

What you will do

• Drive Virtual Factory initiatives across captive, joint-venture, and contract manufacturing sites supporting SiP, ESSD, and ASIC product lines.
• Govern the Virtual Factory product qualification process to maintain consistent product quality across manufacturing sites.
• Lead change management governance and coordinate engineering change requests across sites.
• Run Virtual Factory health checks covering 5M1E compliance, SOPs, Control Plans, and FMEA gap closure.
• Drive digitalization and data automation transformation across manufacturing sites.
• Coordinate cross-functional programs that support a sustainable and people-centric operating culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, or an equivalent field.
• At least 5 years of proven project leadership experience.
• Ability to prepare concise, impactful presentations for executives.
• Ownership, follow-through, decision-making, and results-oriented execution.

Nice to have

• Experience in the Flash Memory industry.
• Ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin.
• Experience with AI applications and tools.
