Senior Growth Marketing Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Own organic growth across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.
• Build a high-volume, video-first content engine featuring social content, product demos, scripts, and platform-native formats.
• Lead the LinkedIn speaker-head program, including positioning, ghostwriting, planning, and enablement.
• Develop creative campaigns, hooks, and angles that generate attention and sign-ups, and brief integrated and programmatic campaigns.
• Partner with Paid Performance Marketing to scale successful organic insights and creatives into acquisition campaigns.
• Test go-to-market initiatives such as referrals, webinars, masterclasses, partnerships, free-credit campaigns, events, and live product activations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in growth, content, social media, campaign, or general marketing.
• Hands-on experience growing brands or products organically on Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Strong writing, storytelling, video, campaign development, and audience-testing skills.
• Experience with AI tools and an interest in fashion, e-commerce, content production, or creative technology.
• Fluent German and English required.
